We provide design service for architecture and interior design and also undertake renovation approval submission to local authority council (majlis berkuasa tempatan). Service fee for drawn-up & submission exclude all processing fee imposed by local authority council and related agency.

Building Renovation & Interior Fit-out

We provide service as 'main contractor' to undertake all contracting work as per approved design & documentation by client & other competent professional. With this, all works involved will be under our supervision and control.

Project Management

We provide project management service which include managing a given project within a given time frame and over-seeing all party involve on a project.
